- Partners and funders
- Schools, teachers, and headteachers where we deliver workshops
- Pupils participating in workshops (in-school or online)
- Tutors working with us as contractors
- Donors and supporters

- Deliver and administer workshops and programmes
- Support student learning, safeguarding, and welfare
- Monitor progress and report to funders (e.g. Arts Council England, Local Music Education Hub)
- Keep partners and supporters updated
- Promote student and tutor achievements (with appropriate permissions)
3. The lawful basis for processing
We only process personal data where one of the six lawful bases applies under GDPR, most commonly:
- To fulfil a contract (e.g. delivering tuition to schools)
- For our legitimate interests (when rights are not overridden)
- With your consent (or parent/guardian consent if under 16)
In some cases, we may process data to comply with legal obligations or safeguarding requirements.

- Name, title, and contact details
- Attendance records
- Photographs and video (used carefully, with legitimate interest or consent)
