Mindful Soundscapes
National Curriculum links
Pupils will enjoy composing music, singing, exploring rhythms, using body percussion, and creating simple graphic scores. The workshop links to science by investigating everyday materials and electricity. Maths is embedded through fun tasks on durations, equivalences, and reading clocks. In computing, pupils practise troubleshooting, logical thinking, teamwork, and using technology safely and purposefully.

Timetable
Each session runs from 9:00–11:00 (with a short break) and 11:00–14:00 (with a lunch break), accommodating 2 classes per day.
For self-funded workshops, we also offer 1-hour sessions for up to 4 classes a day. An additional fifth hour can be added for £45.
What equipment do we need to provide?
A teaching computer, a smartboard, internet access, and one device (laptop or tablet) between two pupils.
How many pupils can take part?
Up to 32 pupils per session in mainstream settings.
Where will the session take place?
A regular classroom is ideal.
DBS and Safeguarding
All our staff are DBS-checked and will bring both their DBS certificate and photo ID on the day. You’ll also receive our DBS details, letter of assurance, insurance, and disqualification declaration two weeks, one week, and one day before the session—along with any web links that may need unblocking.
Will teachers get resources afterwards?
Yes – teachers receive follow-up materials and access to our STEAM Corner online learning platform.
