Mindful Soundscapes

cat touchme
Join us for an immersive musical journey where mindfulness meets music. Pupils begin with playful exploration, creating sounds and learning simple breathing and posture techniques. They progress to musical games, build graphic scores, and sign their own songs while playing along with backing tracks. With a touch of choreography, this workshop inspires creativity, musicality, and teamwork—helping students create something truly unique.

Pupils will enjoy composing music, singing, exploring rhythms, using body percussion, and creating simple graphic scores. The workshop links to science by investigating everyday materials and electricity. Maths is embedded through fun tasks on durations, equivalences, and reading clocks. In computing, pupils practise troubleshooting, logical thinking, teamwork, and using technology safely and purposefully.
