Prof Enrico Bertelli
Executive Director
12+ years of leadership in music-led STEAM workshops and teacher training, Enrico has empowered marginalised youth across 21 countries. His academic research explores GenAI implementation, ethics, cross-disciplinarity, and community engagement, with a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic planning in the Creative Industries.

Dr Yui Shikakura
Project Manager
Specialist in early years education, inclusive learning, and GenAI-enhanced teaching. Research focuses on generative AI in cultural sustainability, digital humanities, and music education. Trained as a traditional Japanese musician, she integrates ancestral knowledge and lived experiences into innovative educational practices.

Dr Terhi Nurmikko-Fuller
Senior Lecturer in Digital Humanities at the Australian National University. A Fellow of the Software Sustainability Institute and British Library Researcher in Residence, she actively shapes global linked data and digital heritage initiatives.

Martyn Howells
Headmaster of Wingate School in Tenerife and former Head of Rotherham Music Hub, where he led 50 staff delivering music education to 5,000 students across 120 schools. With 25 years as Head of Visual and Performing Arts at Rotherham College, he brings extensive leadership in arts education.

Gary Griffiths
Former Head of the Havering Music Education Hub and long-time Essex Music Services lead, he authored the national Music Unlocked Covid-19 guidelines. A classical baritone and consultant, he advises on education policy, provision, and organisational development.

Dr Emily Robertson
Funding Director guiding Conductive Music with expertise as a project manager, Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI), and music workshop leader. A researcher and composer at the Sonic Arts Research Centre, Queen’s University Belfast, she bridges experimental arts, music, and creative technology, inspiring young people and public audiences alike.

Dr Jack White
Workshop Leader
Senior Workshop Leader and Video Producer, renowned composer blending acoustic and electroacoustic elements with innovation and accessibility. PRS award recipient and featured by the BBC Symphony Orchestra, he enhances Conductive Music’s mission through impactful education and creative media production.

Franziska Lantz
Workshop Leader
Swiss artist based in London, blending visual and audio arts through experimental music and children’s art courses. Founder of Global Warming Records and host of DriftShift on ResonanceFM, she fosters creativity worldwide. Her work was showcased at the National Museum of Contemporary Art Athens in 2024.

Duncan Chapman
Workshop Leader
Composer and musician based in Lincolnshire, creating performances, installations, and recordings through wide-ranging collaborations. His work spans live-streaming events, international festivals, and projects with BCMG, COMA Glasgow, and others. Solo releases appear on Silent, Takuroku, and Linear Obsessional labels.

Emma Williams
Workshop Leader
Singer and multi-instrumentalist with extensive experience in transformative music projects with the Irene Taylor Trust. A performer with Urban Voices Collective, she combines artistic expertise with dynamic facilitation and consultancy to enrich and inspire creative initiatives.

Selina Jones
Workshop Leader
Accomplished pianist and educator, graduated from the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music. Known for creative and flexible teaching, she cultivates joyful learning environments that enhance creativity and skills, inspiring students and enriching Conductive Music’s mission.

Laura Sampson
Workshop Leader
Storyteller blending medieval literature, publishing, and Japanese Nohgaku to create captivating experiences for children and families. Through collaborations with leading organizations, she engages diverse audiences, while her facilitation and promotion skills strengthen Conductive Music’s creative projects.

Prof Lee Cheng
AI Pedagogy Advisor
Associate Professor in Games at Anglia Ruskin University, and a multidisciplinary researcher, digital artist, and software developer. His expertise spans music, technology, education, and digital arts. He also advises on AI ethics and AI in education, and serves as Theory Examiner for ABRSM, Arts Education Examiner for the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, and editorial board member for several academic journals.

Ian Yanzhi Zeng
Junior AI Researcher
Currently pursuing an MSc in AI and Governance at King’s College London. With a background in politics and AI, and a BA from Lingnan University in Hong Kong.
