Dr. Emily Robertson

Emily guides Conductive Music as an experienced project manager and music workshop leader for young people and public outreach initiatives, and a Certified Associate in Project Management by the International Project Management Institute (PMI). A researcher and composer at the Sonic Arts Research Centre in Queen’s University Belfast, she has worked on new cross-media art projects from many angles, including as Artist-in-Residence for the Metropolitan Arts Centre (Belfast, 2010), Co-Curator of Big Ears: Sonic Art for Public Ears (2012), and an Event Manager for Sonorities International Festival of Contemporary Music (2012 & 2013) and Cheltenham Music Festival (2011).

Her goal is to bring experimental arts, music, and creative technology to the young and young-at-heart.
